Gua Sha is a form of massage in traditional Chinese medicine to increase blood circulation and energy flow. This practice can also assist in lymphatic drainage and boost overall skin health, as well as help in the absorption of your face oils into the skin.

DIRECTIONS: Apply ‘ILI SKIN TONICS face oil, then take the Gua Sha tool at a 45 degree angle to the face, and - starting from the centre - draw firmly across the skin in an upwards and outwards motion. Repeat for approx 2 minutes.
The sensation should be firm, but not painful. It may cause redness for a short time, and in some cases broken capillaries, depending on level of pressure applied. This will disappear within a few days.
Do not use on broken or damaged skin.
