Shipping
** PLEASE NOTE: We are currently working with a small team and orders will only be sent once per week. Thank you for your patience!
Postage & handling costs will be calculated at checkout. Allow 2-3 business days for processing before orders are shipped. If any one item in your order is “Out Of Stock’, all items will be held until the one item becomes available and the whole order will be posted at the same time.
After orders are shipped, you will receive your your tracking number via email. Once items have been dispatched they can not be re-directed and we do not have any control over international customs or import duties and shipping times. During busier periods, order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, incorrect delivery details, order changes, or other errors.
Shipping within Australia
All orders are shipped via courier, except PO Boxes or rural areas which will be sent via Australia Post.
Standard postage will take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding Public Holidays.
Tracking is included with every order, and delivered with ‘authority to leave’ unless specifically requested at checkout by the customer, using the comments section.
Shipping International
We currently ship to New Zealand, USA and Canada.
The delivery times listed below can be used as a guide only (shipping times may vary, and any delays due to customs are out of ‘ILI SKIN TONICS control):
NEW ZEALAND: 4-7 business days
USA: 7-10 business days
CANADA: 7-12 business days
Delivery to an International address may require the receiver to pay additional fees such as duties and taxes as determined by the government for which the shipment is received. All such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by ‘ILI SKIN TONICS.
Returns
We are very confident in the quality of our products and a whole lot of love goes into each batch, so we trust you will be happy with your ‘ILI SKIN TONICS products. If, however, you are in any way unsatisfied, please contact us immediately on aloha@iliskintonics.com.au and we will discuss an exchange or store credit. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, unless there is any defect to your product, or it causes you an unexpected skin reaction; in which case please discontinue use and contact us immediately.
If your product is damaged in transit or has a defect in any form, we are happy to send you out a replacement - in this case please email us with photos and/or description of the defect within 2 days of receiving your order.
No shipping costs are reimbursed with any returns or exchanges.
